The Important Read....
Appointments
Once an appointment has been made, we will provide email confirmation of the booking.
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24hours notice, a cancellation fee of £40 will be incured.
A `no show` or cancelled doorstep appointment will be charged at £50, plus any expenses.
If the appliance is too hot to sweep, this will incure a charge of £50, plus any Expenses.
'No Show' or doorstep cancellations £50 + any Expenses.
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the booking £40
Appliance too hot to work with £50 + Expenses.
LANDLORDS - Cancelled appointments by tenents £50 + Expenses.
Payments not made the same day as the work is carried out £10 late payment.
Bacs payments - £10 admin fee.

Communication
As well as a confirmation email, we will also send an email reminder 48hrs before the appointment.
All correspondence will be sent via email, including invoices, certificates and reminders. Do not worry if you havent joined the digital age, we are happy to provide paper copies if required.
LANDLORDS: If you are booking a sweep for your rental property, we will not be responsible for comunicating with the tenant. Please ensure the occupants are aware when we will be attending the property. Any missed appointments will be charged at £50 plus any expenses.
There will be an additional £25 if key collection is required.

Please ensure your appliance or appliances are free from ash/unburnt fuel.
Please removed any items from around your hearth, clear the mantle and move any furniture within 1.5 meters of the appliance. We will not be liable for any damage should any items not be moved from the area.
We will need access to a plug socket, please ensure one is available for use.
We love pets and children, but please keep them away from the area being worked in during the appointment. This will keep them and us safe.

Payment is required upon completion of work.
Payments not made on the same date as the work is carried out will incur a late payment fee of £10.
